Intern Technical Project Management (m/f/d)

About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and proactive intern to join our organisation as a Technical Project Management Intern (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of tech-focused projects across our portfolio, which includes early-stage companies to Private Equity Co-Investments. Your primary objective will be to plan project roadmaps, establish key milestones, and collaborate effectively with our internal Tech teams to enable Project A and our portfolio companies to establish and enhance their technical capabilities.

In this role, you’ll:

• Manage and support a variety of tech-focused projects across our portfolio, ranging from early-stage to Private Equity Co-Investments.
• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps and establish clear milestones for achieving project goals.
• Collaborate closely with our internal Tech teams to facilitate the establishment and growth of technical capabilities within Project A and our portfolio companies.
• Evaluate different technological decisions, drive insightful recommendations, and actively engage in hands-on solutions.
• Work in interdisciplinary teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration towards project success

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Product Management or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in project management, technology, and business operations.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Effective communication skills in German, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse teams across the organisation.
• Strong analytical and research abilities to evaluate tech decisions and provide valuable recommendations.

Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlinoffice. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
