Performance Marketing Lead (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Lead to join our venture's performance marketing team and develop its strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on ensuring strategic decisions and choices, and managing smoothly the performance marketeers.

In this role, you’ll:

• Manage Performance Marketing initiatives in key markets
• Craft a Performance Marketing strategy for strong returns
• Innovate creatively in line with Gen Z Trends
• Maximise spending effectiveness to achieve business targets
• Maintain precise data tracking and attribution
• Supervise two Performance Marketing managers

Your Profile

• 4+ years experience in performance marketing, specialising in Google Ads, with exposure to TikTok and Snapchat Ads
• Prior team management experience in consumer-focused industries, with expertise targeting Gen Z demographics and a background in mathematics or analytics
• Proficient in tracking and attribution, collaborating with Mobile Measurement Partners e.g. Adjust
• Skilled in managing diverse markets and channels simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical, proficient in SQL and Excel, with a strong grasp of business needs and KPIs
• Great communication skills in English, German is a plus

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlinoffice of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
