About the Job
We’re looking for an experienced Head of People & Culture (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies to lead its people and operations strategies.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on streamlining and nurturing the organisational culture, ensuring it aligns with the company's values and business goals.

In this role, you’ll:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for Talent Acquisition, People development & Operations, Retention, and Succession planning.
- Develop and implement initiatives that nurture a positive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace culture, aligning with the company's core values to enhance employee engagement and support
- Lead the development and communication of People policies and procedures that support the organisation's goals and comply with legal standards
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate people and culture strategies with the company's overall strategic planning and operational execution
- Manage People teams to enhance transparency, facilitate effective information flow, and build a sense of community among employees
- Leverage data analytics to inform People and Talent Acquisition (TA) decisions, to optimise talent management processes, enhance workforce planning, and improve employee experience and outcomes through evidence-based strategies
Your Profile
- 5-8 years or more of experience in People Organisation, with at least +3 years in a leadership role focussing on People topics, culture and communications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful People strategies that align with business objectives
- Experience in change management and the ability to lead an organisation through growth and transformation
- Strong proficiency in German
Please note that we’re looking for support in the Aachen office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
