    Your Role:

    As a Data Engineer, you'll engage in close collaboration with the Data Management Team Lead, contributing significantly to the delivery of crucial data products essential for everyday decision-making processes. Responsibilities entail building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, deploying data pipelines efficiently, and championing a data-first culture across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver complex data solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, and cleansing.
    • Cultivate a data-centric mindset within the team and broader business context.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as data scientists and visualization specialists.
    • Who You Are:
    • You possess prior experience in Data Engineering or Business Intelligence, preferably with a consulting background. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cloud services, coupled with expertise in navigating complex organizational structures, is imperative for success. A university degree in a relevant field, fluency in English, and relevant certifications are advantageous.

    Requirements

    • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities are highly valued.
    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, is appreciated.
    • A solid understanding of SQL and preferably Python is preferred.
    • Experience with various data sources and building complex data transformations is desirable.
    • Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, ETL processes, and CI/CD environments is expected.
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable data architectures.
    • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
    • Familiarity with cloud-native data platforms like AWS Glue, Google BigQuery, or Azure Data Factory.
