    THE OPPORTUNITY

    You will be a crucial part of our Product Reality Access team, which manages NavVis IVION and NVC products, including their digital factory and instance management solutions. People that are part of this team actively shape the future of 3D reality capture and visualization technologies, bringing state-of-the-art cloud-based software to customers around the globe. 

    We are looking for your expertise to lead and further empower our product managers! 

     

    HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

    • You will be leading a small team of product managers, effectively managing execution and performance of the team; keeping the team motivated while also ensuring their growth through mentorship and coaching 
    • You will ensure that product managers are supported in delivering best product possible 
    • You will proactively bring together all stakeholder voices to the table, driving key decisions, and removing roadblocks for the team to deliver 
    • Leading projects – setting the direction, identifying and resolving issues as well as ensuring high quality 
    • You will act as an Ambassador of our Product – supporting our international clients 
    • You will leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to measure our products' progress towards NavVis' strategic goals and translate this data into action 

     

    WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

    • A university degree in business, science or engineering 
    • At least 5 years' experience in a software product management role managing a B2B SaaS products 
    • Previous experience (2-3 years) leading product managers in the successful delivery of complex software products
    • Demonstrated experience with agile software development processes from prototyping to release
    • Proven track record of managing diverse stakeholder needs
    • Data driven approach to tackling product decisions
    • Fluency in English as it is our official language of communication, German will be an added benefit
