    Become a vital part of Parloa's People & Culture Team as our Talent Sourcer (f/m/d)* for Technology roles. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind building a diverse and inclusive team.

As the Talent Sourcer for our Technology team, you will be a key player in the recruitment game. Your proactive approach will lead you to seek and engage with uniquely skilled professionals, ensuring a perfect match for our roles.

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Collaborate closely with your Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, handling the early stages of various recruiting processes, as you'll be included from job kick-off to the first Recruiter Prescreen, becoming a topic expert in all things Engineering and Product Sourcing to support Parloa's global scaling strategy.
    • Take ownership of all sourcing efforts for the Talent Acquisition Partners you work with, understand their hiring needs to derive, develop and execute sourcing strategies: from talent mapping to competitor analysis, aiming to fill our pipelines to enable us to service Parloa's hiring needs together.
    • Work in a data-driven environment, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining a clean documentation and driving your own reporting to validate your sourcing strategies, from A/B testing messages to tracking diversity efforts.
    • Develop yourself in a sophisticated recruiting set-up,from LinkedIn Recruiter to Greenhouse and many automations - you will get to learn about setting up sourcing in a global scale-up.
    • Challenge the status quo - we are always eager to grow and reach new heights, so you will be tasked to stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and competitive landscapes to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

    LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Talent Wall, Asana, GoogleCloud, Notion, Slack, MacOS

     

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • More than one (1) year of experience in talent sourcing, with a strong focus on Engineering and Product hiring (at least 6 months) ideally for roles like: Backend Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers and Frontend Engineers. 
    • You know your way around terms like Typescript, CI/CD, FastAPI and Kubernetes. 
    • Advanced talent sourcing skills: You are an expert in building powerful Boolean Strings, X-Ray search and utilizing professional platforms to find and convert interesting talents for us.
    • You are a LinkedIn Recruiter "power-user" and have ideally worked with additional tools such as AmazingHiring, Source Whale or similar.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Ability to adapt to changes in sourcing strategies or market conditions.
    • Excellent stakeholder management - you are able to not only build and maintain professional relationships, but leverage them in combination with your recruiting knowledge to deliver operational excellence.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment-related software and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms.
