    • YOUR MISSION

    As a Competitive Intelligence Analyst(f/m/d)*, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating actionable intelligence about our competitors, the market environment, and industry trends to support our strategic planning and decision-making processes. You will play a key role to guide the development of new products or improvements to existing ones, ensuring they meet market needs.

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of competitors' products, services, market presence, and strategies.
    • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes that impact the competitive landscape.
    • Develop regular reports and presentations on competitive intelligence findings for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and strategic planning, to provide insights and support informed decision-making.
    • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in competitive intelligence.
    • Based on the competitive landscape insights, you are closely collaborating with Product marketing, Product sales, and the internal expansion team (applying the insights to our product portfolio).

     

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
    • Proven 5+ years experience in product competitive intelligence, market research, business analysis, or a related role in Product or Engineering.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
    • Profound knowledge of B2B SaaS products and their technological components, including the latest AI technologies (Speech-To-Text, Text-To-Speech, Natural Language Processing, and Large Language Models)
    • Strong communication skills in English (C1) and optionally, German
