Join our team as an Application Specialist (f/m/d) and become the bridge between healthcare business needs and technology. You will be responsible for optimizing our applications, supporting users, and driving continuous improvements to create efficient, reliable, and future-ready digital solutions.

Tasks

Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth application operations.
Act as the key interface between business teams and IT to deliver effective application solutions.
Configure, customize, and continuously optimize applications to support business processes.
Manage application implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
Train users and maintain clear documentation to enable efficient application usage.
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders on projects and continuous improvements.
Monitor application performance and ensure compliance with security and quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in application management, application support, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including its stakeholders and market dynamics.
Solid understanding of databases and APIs
Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
Collaborative team player with strong networking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
