- You communicate confidently in both German and English, verbally and in writing.
- You thrive in dynamic agency environments and actively contribute to their development.
- You take full responsibility for the strategic and commercial leadership of key client accounts.
- You act as the primary point of contact for clients at senior management level.
- You develop integrated communication and brand strategies in close collaboration with creative, strategy and other disciplines.
- You lead teams, budgets, timelines and resources across all project phases.
- You identify upselling and new business opportunities and actively drive their realization.
- You ensure the highest level of consulting quality and long‑term client satisfaction.
- You lead pitches, presentations and decision‑making processes on the client side.
- You continuously optimize processes, structures and workflows within your accounts and beyond.
- You act as a thought leader and driver of further development — strategically, professionally and culturally.
