    This role offers the opportunity to lead and own the roadmap for a flagship applicant tracking system (ATS) product, shaping its strategy and execution for enterprise and mid-market customers. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Success, Implementation, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions, drive product maturity, and implement AI-enabled initiatives. The position requires balancing high-level strategic thinking with hands-on product execution, ensuring clarity, alignment, and speed across multiple workstreams. As a fully remote, contract-based role, you will influence product direction, customer experience, and go-to-market success in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

    Accountabilities

    As the Staff Product Manager – Hire, you will:

    • Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initiative shaping and scoping to sprint execution, rollout, and iteration.
    • Prioritize and deliver features at high velocity in partnership with engineering and design, balancing speed with quality.
    • Translate complex customer and market insights into scalable product decisions and solutions.
    • Act as the primary product point of contact for go-to-market teams, producing clear documentation, supporting launch announcements, and enabling alignment across CS, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing.
    • Proactively explore and test the product to identify gaps, drive improvements, and build deep domain expertise.
    • Ensure operational rigor through effective backlog management, sprint planning, and documentation that maintains team focus and alignment.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 7+ years of product management experience in high-complexity B2B SaaS, preferably in ATS, HR tech, or workflow-heavy products.
    • Proven experience managing large, complex product surfaces end-to-end, balancing customer-informed priorities with strategic roadmap execution.
    • Exceptional communication skills, capable of producing polished specifications, documentation, and GTM updates.
    • Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to gain trust from CS, Implementation, and Sales teams.
    • Hands-on product ownership and a proactive approach to exploring and testing product features.
    • Execution-first mindset, maintaining momentum, structure, and alignment in ambiguous situations.
    • Time zone flexibility with at least 6 hours overlap with US Pacific Time.
