This role sits at the center of a fast-moving, high-velocity SMB sales environment focused on driving new business growth through outbound prospecting and rapid deal execution. You will own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing, within short and highly dynamic sales timelines. Accountabilities: In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end SMB sales performance in a high-velocity environment. You will actively generate new pipeline through cold outreach while also converting inbound opportunities into closed deals with speed and precision. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close, with a focus on short sales timelines
- Building and maintaining a high-volume outbound pipeline through cold calls, email outreach, and social selling
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets with strong execution discipline
- Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene using structured sales tools
- Delivering compelling product demos and tailoring value propositions to SMB customer needs
- Collaborating with internal SDR and creative teams to accelerate deal conversion and pipeline growth
- Continuously improving sales techniques through feedback, iteration, and market learning
Requirements:
This role requires a strong track record in high-performance B2B sales environments, particularly within SaaS or technology-driven organizations. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced, target-oriented settings with minimal structure and high accountability. Ideal qualifications include:
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in SMB-focused B2B sales roles
- Proven success in high-velocity, short-cycle sales environments with consistent quota attainment
- Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting capabilities with a hunter mentality
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with strong English fluency (C2 level)
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive results without close supervision
- Strong resilience, adaptability, and responsiveness to feedback in dynamic environments
- Comfort working remotely with reliable infrastructure and professional communication setup
