    Tasks

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We are seeking a proactive and passionate Talent Advisor to join our team.

    This role is perfect for those with a background in recruiting or Talent Acquisition who are seeking a more dynamic, enjoyable role in a small team where you can have a significant impact.

    As a Talent Advisor, you'll be directly responsible for fulfilling our primary objective: helping people find careers they love ♥️.

    You will be managing our process end-to-end, from chatting to companies to understand their requirements, to screening, preparing and connecting the ideal candidates to each job opportunity.

    Tasks

    • Candidate Screening and Qualification: Evaluate applications primarily sourced from paid ads and LinkedIn. Engage with potential candidates via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and jump on screening calls to qualify for fit and spark interest in tech sales careers.
    • Candidate Preparation and Support: Guide candidates throughout the application process, from crafting impactful CVs to interview preparation, ensuring they feel confident and ready to nail any interview.
    • Company Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for several partner companies, understanding their hiring needs and regularly delivering well-matched candidate profiles directly into their systems.
    • Placement Goals: Focus on achieving high placement rates by meeting the needs of both candidates and companies.
    • Lead generation support: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and test innovative candidate acquisition strategies based on data-driven insights. During lower activity periods, you will proactively source candidates on platforms like LinkedIn and Xing as well as execute other experiments together with the marketing team.
    • Feedback Implementation: Actively seek and integrate candidate feedback to continuously enhance the recruitment experience.

    Requirements

    IS THIS YOU?

    • A background in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition. 1 - 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in tech or sales industries.
    • Native-level German, fluent in English (B2+).
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and adept at building relationships with both candidates and corporate clients
    • Passionate about people. We're in this to change people's lives. We want people that are genuinely interested in people and their stories.
