    Tasks

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    As a Program Coordinator, you will assist our Academy Operations Manager with a wide variety of daily operations and customer-centric activities. Your main responsibility will be to take ownership of our daily student support, including communication, and execute our program operations.

    • Develop tactical customer-centric skills with on-the-job training.
    • Take our "intro to tech sales course" for free

    Tasks

    • Onboard and support our students to ensure they make the most of our training
    • Maintain high student satisfaction.
    • Communicate with students and sales trainers to keep courses running smoothly.
    • Coordinate all necessary meetings and interactions between students and sales coaches.
    • Check-in with students and ensure they complete all weekly assigned tasks on time.

    Requirements

    IS THIS YOU?

    • Currently a student. Business, International Relations, Occupational Therapy, and Education are natural fits, but we don't care what you studied as long as you're interested in learning.
    • Hungry to learn and curious to grow. We're looking for attitude. If you get up in the morning feeling positive and excited to face new challenges and where they might take you, we want you on our team.
    • Passionate about people. We're in this to change people's lives. We want people that are genuinely interested in people and their stories.
    • Sense of ownership. As a working student, we will offer extensive support and guidance, but we're looking for someone who is ready to own their mission.
    • Excellent communication skills: speak and write well.
    • Organisational accuracy is your mantra. Our Student Success team needs to excel in organization and accuracy
    • Fluent in English (min. B2) and German (min. C2)
    • Familiar with remote communication and collaborative tools - Gmail, Calendar, Slack,... (nice to have)
    • Experience with customer support or basic sales is a plus
