    Tasks

    • Independently managing the entire recruitment process for positions in the software sector, from needs analysis to successful placement.
    • Close collaboration with departments and internal stakeholders to understand the requirements for new positions, create suitable candidate profiles and ensure positive candidate experience.
    • Identification, outreach, and recruitment of highly qualified technical professionals.
    • Building and maintaining a talent pool of professionals for future positions.
    • Conducting interviews, technical assessments, and evaluating candidates.
    • Developing strategies for employee retention and talent development.
    • Tracking trends and best practices in tech recruiting.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
    • Hands-on experience in tech recruiting, preferably in an IT company.
    • Demonstrable success in recruiting IT specialists, software developers, engineers, and other technical professionals.
    • In-depth knowledge of current trends and technologies in the IT sector.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (German is a big plus!).
    • Strong team orientation and the ability to work in a dynamic and start-up environment.
    • Experience in using modern recruitment tools and technologies.
    • High initiative and proactive work approach.
