    A fast-growing, post-revenue AI startup is building an AI-powered SAP Consultant platform for enterprise customers. The company works with DAX 40 and Fortune 500 clients

    Location: On-site in Berlin, Germany

    Job Summary

    We’re hiring a generalist software engineer to own how the platform runs across customer environments, from deployment and infrastructure to reliability, performance, and security. This is an on-site role in Berlin and is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the stack, taking ownership, and keeping mission-critical systems running smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, observability systems, and infrastructure layers
    • Own deployments end-to-end, including setup, rollout, configuration, and monitoring across customer environments
    • Work closely with core engineering teams across the stack
    • Ensure strong uptime, performance, security, and system reliability
    • Maintain and bug-fix the platform across multiple live deployments
    • Support infrastructure decisions as the company scales across enterprise customers

    Requirements

    • Strong computer science fundamentals
    • Generalist engineering mindset with a strong interest in DevOps, infrastructure, and reliability
    • Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, containers, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
    • Infrastructure-as-Code experience is a plus
    • High engineering standards and a strong bias toward quality
    • Ownership mindset — you take responsibility when things break and want to fix them
    • Startup experience is a plus
    • Backgrounds from companies such as Celonis, LeanIX, Signavio, or similar enterprise software environments are a strong plus
    • Must be willing to work on-site in Berlin
