Aufgaben

Managing the S/4HANA transformation from SAP ECC across multiple companies and ensuring a successful cloud migration
Leading and developing the SAP Competence Centre, as well as building a motivated team with a strong willingness to embrace change and innovation
Developing and optimising the SAP landscape to support business growth, new markets and innovative products
Taking responsibility for the integration of SAP with relevant upstream and downstream systems, as well as the continuous improvement of interfaces and processes
Identifying opportunities for the automation and standardisation of SAP processes and utilising modern S/4HANA functionalities

Qualifikation

Several years’ experience in the SAP environment, particularly with S/4HANA and the FI/CO modules
A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Experience in the technical and managerial leadership of teams, as well as in the management of complex IT transformation projects
Confident manner and strong communication skills when dealing with business units, management and C-level stakeholders
A structured and entrepreneurial mindset, strong problem-solving skills and a very good command of English; German proficiency would be beneficial
