About this role :
We are currently looking for a Global Editorial Lead (m/f/d) to join Global Savings Group. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
- Define global editorial strategy for our evaluation portals across multiple domains and countries
- Responsible for execution of efficiency, automation, standardisation of workflows initiatives
- Accountability of global editorial performance and optimisation KPI's
- Guide the teams to write the most valuable, attractive and relevant content for our users
- Conduct training and up-skill Editor team members on content management procedures, adoption of guidelines and writing techniques
- Build on traffic growing strategy per market to extend market success on SEO and Social
- Having a team mindset, improvement initiatives and process alignment. Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and user engagement metrics, adjusting team execution to maximize domain effectiveness.
We are a match if you have...
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Media, Communication or Business related field
- At least 5+ years in an editorial or web related position is essential
- Demonstrated leadership experience with multiple team and country setup
- Ability to lead a team of editors, balance workload and effectively handle challenging situations
- Led by example with excellent writing and editing skill
- Demonstrated organisational and interpersonal stakeholder skills to work effectively with contributors
- Excellent written and communication level in English
