getolo is growing, and we need someone who can keep up. 🚀 We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d) to join our Recruiting team, and play a key role in hiring top talent as getolo transitions from start-up to scale-up. This role’s primary focus will be on end-to-end hiring for our Sales team (German market). This is a full-time (40 hours/week) hybrid position (1-2 days per week in our Berlin office), requiring full professional fluency in both German and English.

Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse candidate pool
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and making job offers
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to hiring
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, previous experience in Sales recruitment is a plus
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using recruitment software and other HR tools
Full professional fluency (C1+) in both German and English
