About FlightHelp At FlightHelp, we help air passengers claim the compensation they are legally entitled to receive — up to €600 — when their flights are delayed or cancelled. Many travelers aren’t aware of their rights, and our mission is to support and inform them during what can be a very stressful travel experience.
✈️ Your Role as a Flyer Distributor When a qualifying flight disruption (a delay of 3+ hours) happens at your assigned airport, our tracking team will notify you.
Your role will be to:
Go to the arrivals area (no security clearance required)
Distribute informational flyers to affected passengers
Communicate in a friendly, calm, and supportive way
👉 This is not a sales role — you’re simply sharing helpful information about passenger rights and how FlightHelp can assist.
Work Conditions & Compensation Freelance / self-employed collaboration (you manage your own taxes)
€40 per mission (per flight) + up to 500€ performance-based bonus
Transportation costs reimbursed (fuel or public transport)
Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities
Flexible schedule — you only work when an incident occurs
🎓Online Training The first step after applying is to attend an 1hr online training, where all job-related information will be provided to you by one of our trainers.
