fleetster is a SaaS company located in Munich that provides smart solutions for global fleets and car-sharers to make customers’ daily fleet life as easy as possible. Our product core is the sophisticated software platform with over 100,000 users in 9 languages and in over 28 countries. Our company backbone are smart people who strive to redefine the future of mobility and build a better future.

In an ongoing effort to grow and further extend our market presence and reach our vision of 1 million managed e-vehicles, we are launching a greenfield new product line and are looking for a senior backend heavy full-stack engineer (m/f/x) in Munich.

Tasks

Shape the future of our new product by ensuring solid engineering principles and best practices you have learned over the last few years along with like minded team mates
Your voice matters: we are looking for people that take ownership of the features they build
Building up the team to an efficient development unit with the potential to include leadership responsibilities

Requirements

5+ years of professional / hands-on development experience (Specific experience in B2B SaaS is a strong plus)
You are a true AI native engineer that understood the role of AI in development, while improving the quality and security of enterprise applications and not just a 'vibe coder'
Experience in an agile mode with our tech stack (see below)
Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
