Your roleYou take full ownership of CRM reportings: You develop further our current reports, create new ones, and resolve tracking issues independently or in cooperation with our Data team.You lead CRM data projects, such as data quality or segmentation improvements, to ensure our data set-up remains precise and effective.You analyze the performance of our CRM measures and derive recommendations for improvement.You create multi channel automated campaigns with use of personalization.You support technical CRM projects around the set-up of new platforms as well as for new communication channels, such as Inbox messaging.Moreover, you identify bugs and develop problem descriptions and solutions in cooperation with other teams, such as Data, Engineering and Product, to ensure continuous data flow.Your profile3+ years of experience in CRM with a focus on data related Customer Relationship Management projects and multi-channel automation campaignsExperience working with Emarsys or similar CRM platforms.Strong project and stakeholder management skills Fluent German and English skillsAn independent, proactive and agile working style You are highly motivated to work hands-on and multi-tasking and contribute to the team's effortsStrong experience in CRM Tech or SQL are a plusWhat we offer youFull transparency:For this role, we have a salary band between 42,000€ and 57,000€ gross per year.
