Your role

You regularly create and maintain reportings that are used in both internal and external presentations, leveraging analytic platforms such as YouGov and Tableau.

You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including various flaconi teams, external agencies, partners and marketers.

As part of the Media Management team, you support the preparation and follow-up of briefings and are involved in media buying across multiple channels, ensuring optimal placement and budget allocation for maximum impact.

You stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging media platforms to support strategic decision-making and campaign development.

Additionally, you support the month-end closing process and keep cost overviews accurate and up to date.

You continuously and autonomously support us in improving our processes

Your profile

Enrollment in business administration, economics or a similar field of studies

Fluent in English, German skills are a plus

Experienced with MS Office or G-Suite (especially Excel)

Affinity for marketing and an analytical way of thinking

An independent, responsible way of working with a hands-on mentality
