Creation of MKT Po Numbers
Updating Budget file with latest PO's and Revenue
Take care of correct MKT invoicing. Each PO and invoice needs to be final check.
Input of approved SOA into Sales Force
Capturing actual sell out
Weekly Update of sell in and sell out tracker for WE focus customers
Support listing, Upload Content
Weekly webpage check.

Your profile

You are enrolled in studies of business, media, marketing/communication or another relevant field of study
You are committed, responsible, you work independently and have a hands-on mentality
You have a structured way of working and an analytical mindset
You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and in an international team
You are fluent in German or English
You have experience in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ideally, you have some experience in the field of marketing
