  • About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to be the first engineering hire at a fast-moving, Y Combinator-backed startup building the marketing suite for the agentic web. The company helps brands understand and improve how AI platforms — think large language model-powered search and content tools — mention and surface them. You'll work directly with both founders and customers, owning product features from ambiguous idea all the way to live, value-delivering product.

The work spans product thinking, frontend, backend systems, LLM pipelines, data, and real customer conversations. If you thrive in early-stage environments where you shape what gets built and how, this role is for you.

    What You'll Do

    • Own full product features end to end — identify what to build, ship it, and keep iterating until it creates real customer value.

    • Work side by side with the founders and customers on a daily basis.

    • Span the full stack: frontend UI, backend systems, LLM/agentic pipelines, and data infrastructure.

    • Talk directly to customers, translate those conversations into product decisions, and close the loop.

    • Design simple, intuitive UX for complex AI-driven workflows.

    What We're Looking For

    Required:

    • Demonstrated track record of shipping production SaaS features — you know what "done" looks like in a real product.

    • Comfortable owning full-stack product work from an ambiguous problem all the way to a live feature.

    • Strong instinct for designing clean, usable UX on top of complex workflows.

    • Solid experience with TypeScript and React.

    • Has shipped a product from 0 to 1 before (side project, startup, or early-stage role counts).

    Nice to Have:

    • Hands-on experience with Vite, Supabase, Vercel, and/or ClickHouse.

    • Exposure to LLMs and agentic workflows — either in production or in the way you personally work.

    • Comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage startup environment.

    Soft skills:

    • Product-minded generalist who wants to own outcomes, not just tasks.

    • Enjoys direct customer contact and turning feedback into product.

    • Based in Munich or genuinely willing to relocate — this is an on-site role.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary: €85,000 – €120,000 per year

    • Equity: Meaningful VSOP (founding-team range)

    • Visa sponsorship: Available

    • True founding-team scope and impact from day one

    Location

Munich, Germany — on-site. The team works together in person. Candidates must be based in Munich or willing to relocate. Start date: as soon as possible.
