Clariness is looking for a Senior Online Marketing Manager based in Berlin, Hamburg or Remote within Germany or UK.

As a Senior Online Marketing Manager, you would be responsible for:

• Strategizing and executing comprehensive, large-budget marketing campaigns that resonate with a global audience.
• Pioneering the planning and strategy of outreach campaigns, including channel selection, budget allocation, and audience targeting.
• Managing a mix of advertising channels: from social media to SEA, including database, social media, email, display advertising, affiliates advertising, and SEA campaigns.
• Ensuring each campaign's success. 
• Analyzing performance data, steering campaign direction based on KPIs, and offering actionable insights.
• Crafting engaging content across various platforms and continuously seeking innovative ways to attract online traffic.
• Remaining at the digital marketing vanguard by adopting new technologies and channels.
  
  

We would like you to have: 

• Proven experience in a Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing managerial role, with a track record of successful campaign management.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing.
• Proficiency in using tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a knack for leveraging analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Knowledge in in healthcare, clinical trials, or specific medical indications is a plus.
• English fluency - additional languages as a bonus.
