  • Clariness is looking for an Account Manager - Registry based in Berlin, Hamburg or remote within Germany. 
    - Full-time; unlimited -


    As an Account Manager - Registry, you would be responsible for:

    • Managing defined accounts and making the customers happy.
    • Operating as the single point of contact for the assigned customers.
    • Account penetration & expansion (revenue per customer).
    • Team-up with Operation Management Registry to ensure smooth onboarding processes, areas for improvement and solve problems.
    • Aligning with global Business Development on local assigned accounts.
    • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Making sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion.
    • Communicating client needs and demands internally and feedback the clients' realistic expectations.
    • Providing clients with agreed deliverables and managing client escalations.

    We would like you to have: 

    • Completed bachelor's or master's degree.
    • Some years of professional experience in managing big and complex clients.
    • Client-focused solutions experience, talent for influencing client management, ability to communicate client needs.
    • Agile and independent personality structure with pronounced communication skills, a solution-oriented and structured approach as well as a high level of interface competence and a hands-on mentality.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skill.
    • Understanding of consumer needs, behaviors, and industry trends.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
    • Confident and empathic person.
    • Fluent in English & German.
