Finance Assistant (f/m/d)

Clariness is looking for a Finance Assistant (f/m/d) based in Hamburg.

As a Finance Assistant, you would be responsible for: 

• Supporting all areas - Finance Corporate, Strategic Controlling, Accounting & Tax with all administrative and supporting tasks.
• Setting up processes to ensure fast and smooth audits.
• Being responsible for the preparational work of regular reporting's and invoicing.
• Managing the invoicing process incl. the approval workflow.
• Assisting to create all intercompany loan agreements, corporate contracts and invoices.
• Supporting with the system setup and data entries - e.g. MS Project, invoicing tool, PowerBI and invoice approval workflow.
• Being responsible for administrative tasks such as preparation of payments, contact person for internal and external stakeholders, supporting audits and check of travel expenses.
  
  

We would like you to have:  

• First work experience in the field preferred.
• Very good MS Office skills - focus on Excel.
• High motivation, independency, loyalty, reliability. 
• Fluent in English & German.
