We are looking for a passionate Group Product Manager for Bolt Business, who will take care of our B2B products that provide our business customers with an efficient toolkit to move whatever they need – from people to pizzas.

Please note that we are hiring only locally in Berlin, and Bolt will not support your relocation. If this role is interesting to you, and you're currently located outside of Berlin, please consider this role in Tallinn, Estonia instead. Relocation to Tallinn (our HQ) will be supported by us.

About the role

As a Group Product Manager, you'll be owning the budget and KPIs, building and executing medium to long-term vision, and working with a strong cross-functional team of PMs, Analysts, Designers, Sales, and Engineers. Your main responsibility will be to discover and bring to life innovative products that outcompete our competitors and offer our business clientele consistent value.

You'll need to deeply understand their business goals, and adapt your solutions for their use-cases while maintaining efficiency and quality.

Your daily adventures will include:

Leading the vision and strategy, development and launch of everything related to our Bolt Business
Define and execute the short and long-term vision, and maintain the roadmap for your product group
Manage your team of product managers, designers, analysts and product operations to make sure right things are being prioritised and delivered on time
Decomposing loosely defined problems to actionable plans making harsh tradeoff decisions
Sharing responsibility of the customer experience with your business-lines
Driving self sufficiency so not only are we keeping cost under control but also building expertise that can even be a revenue generator at some point
Collaborate with other business lines and product managers to ensure business clientele can be served the entire bolt ecosystem
Being a point of reference for internal and external stakeholders for all things Business

About you:

You have 8+ years of relevant experience in the B2B world
You have an entrepreneurial experience
You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills
You have an experience working in an agile environment
You're motivated and not scared by new challenges
You have good English, both verbal and written
