    Your mission:

    • Consolidated Financial Statements
      • You prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), implement ESG requirements and take over full controllership for our Holding entity (IFRS, German GAAP (HGB), Tax).
      • You manage the group’s critical accounting tasks (e.g., IFRS 16, IAS 36, IAS 38, IFRS 9).
      • You lead the collaboration with external auditors during the audit of our consolidated financial statements.
      • You provide management reportings and insights to various stakeholders.
    • Consolidation and intercompany accounting
      • You lead the consolidation process for the group, including the aggregation of financial data from subsidiaries.
      • You maintain and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate elimination of intercompany balances during the consolidation process.
      • You ensure timely and accurate consolidation of financial statements.
    • Transfer Pricing
      • You develop and implement transfer pricing policies in compliance with local regulations and global best practices.
      • You prepare and document transfer pricing reports and calculations.
    • Project work and ad-hoc analysis
      • You provide financial due diligence support for potential mergers and acquisitions and you assist in the integration of acquired entities into the group's financial structure.
      • You prepare and deliver on-demand financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making and support the annual Budget process
      • You actively contribute to process improvements and/or the implementation of new software applications to gain efficiencies

    Your profile:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in group accounting, with a focus on consolidation and intercompany accounting, and preparation of consolidated financial statements
    • Strong knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and practices
    • Sound knowledge of IFRS, German GAAP (HGB) and tax regulations
    • Strong hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
