<strong>About the role</strong>
As an Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for your markets, their respective teams and build the best product for drivers and riders, serving local needs without losing the bigger picture. If you're ready to take full ownership of your work, disrupt the marketplace, and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape - here's your chance!
You will be reporting to the Country Manager, but also need to proactively collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams to achieve your (self-set) targets, winning against competitors and not forgetting about our balance sheet.
<strong>Your daily adventures will include:</strong>
- Managing the team(s) for existing and new cities with a strong focus on marketplace growth & health to provide the best value proposition to riders and drivers
- Developing strategies to strengthen driver's value proposition to continually grow our supply base, performance, quality, compliance and retention
- Hands-on supply management - You will use your communication and strategic skills to collaborate with key partners to actively scale and retain our supply base across the whole country
- You will constantly monitor our city operations metrics, on which you re- and proactively execute short- and long term actions
- Identifying trends, risks and opportunities that may impact the business and convert them into actions
- Advising and closely collaborating with HQ teams such as Product, Legal or Marketing to develop and execute key initiatives that drive growth and efficiency
<strong>About you:</strong>
- You have at least 4 years experience in a high-growth environment
- You are highly analytical and have great numerical skills. When we say data-driven we actually mean it
- You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach
- You are a hustler, not afraid of obstacles and making mistakes
- You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and German. Every other language is a plus
