As a Recruiter with a 𝟵𝟯% 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲, I specialise in Technology, Engineering, and C‑Suite hires across the UK, EMEA, and the US, helping build teams that perform, scale, and stay. As a 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿, I operate in high‑growth, high‑regulation, and business‑critical environments, supporting organisations through complex hiring challenges across engineering, technology, infrastructure, and corporate operations. My background spans embedded RPO delivery, global internal hiring, and executive‑level stakeholder partnering, giving me a deep understanding of how recruitment performs under pressure. I’m typically brought in when hiring needs to move 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 - whether during transformation, expansion into new regions, or large‑scale capability rebuilds. Beyond delivery, I add value through workforce planning, market intelligence, inclusive hiring design, and improving how recruitment operates day‑to‑day.
