As a Senior SAP Solution Owner (m/f/d), you will take end-to-end responsibility for key business processes in the areas of Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Project Systems (PS) within our global SAP landscape.
Your key responsibilities include:
- End-to-End Ownership: You are responsible for the full lifecycle of SAP processes – from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, stable operations, and continuous improvement
- Business Impact & Process Ownership: You proactively drive the evolution of business processes and ensure measurable business value through improvements in efficiency, transparency, and quality
- Solution Design & Architecture: You ensure a scalable and future-ready SAP architecture in line with global standards and best practices, and actively contribute to the continuous development of the global S/4HANA template
- Integration & End-to-End Processes: You design and implement integrated solutions across module boundaries (including PP, PM, PS, MM, EWM) and ensure consistent end-to-end process chains
- Project & Implementation Responsibility: You take full ownership of implementation and optimisation initiatives, including managing external partners and ensuring delivery in terms of scope, quality, time, and budget
- Senior Sparring Partner: You act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, supporting the development of target operating models, business cases, and transformation initiatives
- Governance & Prioritisation: You prioritise requirements in alignment with global IT and business strategy and ensure the sustainable development of your functional domain
Qualifications- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant experience (typically 5–8+ years) in SAP consulting or in-house roles with a focus on PP / PM / PS
- Proven track record of end-to-end responsibility for SAP processes and successful delivery of complex transformation or roll-out projects
- Strong knowledge of related modules such as MM, EWM or QM and a solid understanding of integrated process landscapes
- Experience in managing external implementation partners and working in global project environments
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
- High level of ownership, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
