- Supporting operational monitoring and reporting of relevant business KPIs
- Assisting with short-term ad-hoc tasks, analyses, and operational special projects
- Working with company-specific (AI) tools to optimize internal processes
- Cross-functional collaboration with various LAYBELS departments
- Supporting the analysis and optimization of internal business and process workflows
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable business-related field
- Strong affinity for numbers and interest in e-commerce and digital business models
- Experience with Excel
- Analytical mindset and structured, independent way of working
- Enjoyment of process optimization and working with data
- Quick comprehension skills and motivation to learn new tools and topics
