YOUR TASKS

You support our HR team in day-to-day operations across the entire employee lifecycle - from onboarding and contract changes to offboarding.
Together wit the team, you will work on further develop and digitize our HR processes and digital personnel files.
You will help us make our workflows more efficient, transparent, user-friendly, and scalable.
You will support us capture all HR-related data in our digital HR tool and organize it in a structured manner.
You will also take on smaller independent projects (e.g., analyzing employee surveys, organizing training sessions or internal celebrations, and revising retirement plans and benefits).

YOUR PROFIL

You are a student majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Labor Law, or a comparable degree program.
You’re interested in people, operational HR management, employee experience, and digital transformation.
Ideally, you have already gained some initial practical experience in HR, for example through internships, working student roles, or student initiatives.
You work in a structured, careful, and reliable manner and are able to keep track of multiple tasks running in parallel.
You handle sensitive information responsibly and discreetly.
You have good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace and ideally some initial experience with HR tools such as Personio or comparable systems.
You enjoy using AI as a “colleague,” but don’t forget to question the results.
You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 in both languages)
