You analyze customer requirements and develop suitable AI solutions.

You implement and integrate AI systems into existing IT landscapes.

You support the evaluation and selection of AI technologies and tools.

You design and develop prototypes to demonstrate technical feasibility.

You work closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement technical concepts.

YOUR PROFIL

You have a strong to excellent completed (Master’s) degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
You bring 1–2 years of professional experience for the Consultant role, or 2–5 years for the Senior Consultant role.
You have relevant experience in implementing AI solutions in a business environment.
You possess strong knowledge of common AI and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain) as well as database systems (e.g., vector databases, graph databases).
You are proficient in Python and have experience working with development standards in an enterprise environment.
- Additionally at Senior Level: You have extensive experience in team leadership and project organization.
You are interested in current AI topics and stay up to date with technological developments.
You have very strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
You are a team player, highly motivated, flexible, communicative, and proactive.
You have excellent presentation and facilitation skills and interact confidently with clients.
You are willing to travel.
You have very strong German and English language skills (at least C1 level in both languages).
