We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer or Analyst (m/f/d) with a hands-on approach and the ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable data solutions. In this role, you will work across reporting, semantic modelling, and implementation of data processes, while serving as a trusted partner for stakeholders and customers.

Your Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and continuously improve reports and dashboards in Power BI

Work not only on the visual reporting layer, but also with data lake, semantic models, and data structures behind the scenes

Build and maintain data processes in Microsoft Fabric

Translate business requirements into practical, scalable, and value-adding analytics solutions

Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration

Set priorities across competing requests and manage expectations in a clear and confident way

Contribute to agile teamwork and support the continuous improvement of processes and ways of working

Explore and further develop innovative topics such as AI-related use cases

Your Profile

At least 5 years of professional experience in data architectures, data analytics, or data engineering, business intelligence, or a related field
Hands-on mindset and willingness to actively contribute on an operational level
Solid familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, including setting up and managing data processes
Strong experience with Power BI, especially in creating, maintaining, and enhancing reports
Solid understanding of semantic models and the fundamentals of data engineering
Strong communication skills and confidence in working with customers as well as internal stakeholders
Experience working in agile environments
Initial experience working with AI tools
Very good English skills; German is an advantage
