Aufgaben

Support with onboarding & offboarding of vendors
Assist in contract and lifecycle management for partners and service providers
Contribute to vendor performance reviews and governance processes
Collaborate on project & enrollment management, supporting broader PMO activities beyond vendor-related tasks
Help optimize workflows and processes across the product management team
Provide administrative and analytical support for cross-departmental projects

Qualifikation

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT Management, or comparable qualification
Background or first experience in provider management, governance, or project management topics for financial institutions is highly beneficial
Structured and detail-oriented working style with strong organizational skills
High level of initiative, team spirit, and communication skills
Strong interest in FinTech, digital assets, and innovative technologies
Very good command of English, German is a plus
