The role
As we grow, we're looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive Thryve's new customer acquisition and revenue growth, specifically focusing on the enterprise segment. You will fully own and drive the commercial relationship with enterprise customers, from first meeting to signed contract, at the same level of credibility and seniority as our founding team. This is a dedicated “close deals and grow revenue” role, paving the way for future expansion.

What you will do
You will own direct sales, with a particular focus on enterprise accounts in health verticals like insurance, hospitals and medical devices. Concretely, that means:
Take over and expand existing enterprise relationships currently held by the CEO
Run the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation to close for new enterprise clients
Develop and execute account strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder deals (procurement, IT, compliance)
Represent Thryve’s product credibly in rooms with C-level and VP-level buyers
Work closely with our Product, Commercial, and BD teams to shape positioning and packaging
Establish a repeatable sales motion, as the foundation for future team growth
Who you are
You love closing deals - and are able to build real relationships. You leverage existing scripts and collateral, but are confident building out your own stack. You understand that in B2B health tech, trust is the currency, and you know how to earn it in regulated, risk-averse organizations. You have sold platform products or infrastructure (not just SaaS seats) and you’re comfortable when deals take months and involve legal, procurement, and compliance.
More specifically:
You have 7+ years in B2B sales, with significant enterprise deal experience (six-figure+ ACV)
You’ve sold into health verticals like insurance, pharma, medtech and bring a strong network within the industry
You are comfortable operating at C-level and can hold your own in strategic conversations, not just transactional ones
You have a track record of personally closing large, complex deals
You are fluent in German and English. Many of our enterprise customers operate in German.
You are based in or willing to relocate to Berlin. This is a hybrid role.
