    WHAT YOU DO

    • You will become or already are an HR Allrounder, diving into various tasks within the dynamic realm of Talent & Culture.
    • You will initially oversee minor HR tasks at the beginning, evolving over time to take on greater responsibilities, with a goal of eventual independent operation.
    • You will oversee the entire applicant journey, providing support in crafting captivating job ads, assisting with candidate pre-selection, conducting interviews, and coordinating schedules.
    • You take over the Onboarding process for new Players, ensuring a smooth integration into THE GAME's immersive environment.
    • You will work closely alongside Theresa, our Head of Talent and Culture, supporting her in both operational and strategic HR matters.
    • You additionally act as the vital link to Office Management and serve as the interface to IT, providing essential first Level Support in the office.
    • You will be the Evolution-Champion of THE GAME through spearheading captivating internal projects that ignite innovation and drive progress.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • You are an registered student on a degree programme in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
    • You ideally have first experiences in the HR field or a keen interest and enthusiasm for the field.
    • You are eager to immerse yourself in the multifaced world of Talent and Culture, taking on a diverse range of tasks.
    • You have a hands-on mentality and thrive on being the go-to person for HR tasks and questions.
    • You possess exceptional teamwork skills and thoroughly enjoy collaborating with others.
    • You have a natural knack for empathy, social competence, and communications skills.
    • Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential for our daily business.
