  • The Role

    We are seeking a working student to join our team and assist in the day-to-day M&A operations. As a vital member of our M&A department, you will have the opportunity to support the VP M&A in various tasks related to inorganic growth opportunities and play a key role in the execution of M&A transactions.


    What you'll do

    • Support the VP M&A in day-to-day tasks related to inorganic growth opportunities
    • Assist with origination tasks, including pipeline management and target search
    • Conduct market research and review to support M&A decision-making
    • Coordinate and execute due diligence processes for potential transactions and gain live transaction exposure
    • Preparing presentations and reports for senior management on M&A activities and recommendations
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of M&A processes and best practices within the organization
    • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the VP M&A to support strategic growth initiatives

    What you bring to the table

    • Currently studying in a Business, Finance, or related field program
    • Strong interest in M&A, corporate finance, or strategic business development
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
    • Critical thinking and attention to detail
    • Proactive and eager to learn about the software industry and M&A processes
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
    • Prior internship experience related to M&A is a plus
