What awaits you

As a DevOps Engineer at tekkminds, you are the bridge between development and operations. You take responsibility for the stable operation of our cloud-native applications and automate complex infrastructures for demanding clients. You will become part of a highly motivated team that continuously strives for the best solution while always keeping the latest cloud technologies and DevOps practices in focus.

Your responsibilities

Design, implementation, and operation of scalable cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Setup and maintenance of Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters in production environments
Implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
Monitoring, logging, and alerting for cloud-native applications
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
Containerization and orchestration of applications with Docker and Kubernetes
Performance monitoring and troubleshooting in cloud environments
Security implementation and compliance management in the cloud
Incident response and operational support for critical systems
Close collaboration with development teams to optimize deployment processes
Continuous improvement of our DevOps practices and toolchains

Qualifikation

What we’re looking for

Technical expertise

Comprehensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services
Solid knowledge in Kubernetes/OpenShift administration and operations
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Podman)
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, CDK)
Practical experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Understanding of GitOps principles and tools like ArgoCD or Flux
Knowledge of monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch)
Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go) for automation
Fundamentals in network and security concepts

Personal qualities

Experience in operational management of production systems
Continuous interest in cloud technologies and DevOps trends
Problem-solving oriented and analytical mindset
Motivation to dive deep into complex infrastructure topics
Team spirit and strong communication skills
Willingness for occasional on-call duties
Interest in learning ML/AI operations (MLOps)
