We are looking for a Head of AI and Technology (m/f/d) to lead the growth and strategic direction of the AI and Technology sector in Munich, with the option to work remotely.

By leveraging AI, automation, and advanced digital technologies, the company develops impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Known for its expertise, it supports businesses across various industries, including automotive, finance, and retail, in navigating the digital landscape and addressing both current and future marketing challenges.
Tasks
- Lead the Technology Domain: As a hands-on leader, provide both people and technology leadership, driving AI as a key enabler for the future
- Drive AI-Powered Solutions: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions using AWS infrastructure, with a focus on agents and machine learning models
- Build High-Performing Teams: Guide teams in developing intelligent agents and machine learning models, ensuring seamless integration with cloud-native tools and optimal performance
- Oversee AI Systems Architecture: Optimize workflows and utilize AWS services like SageMaker, Lambda, and AI/ML frameworks to deliver robust, scalable AI solutions
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in AI engineering and keep ahead of the latest AI technologies
- Leverage Digital and Agile Mindset: Apply proven experience in growth-oriented companies, using AI, automation, real-time data, and data-driven decision-making to drive success
Requirements
- You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with an MBA or similar qualification, and bring at least 10 years of experience in the tech industry, including 3+ years in leadership roles
- You have a proven track record of implementing and optimizing automation and AI solutions, with deep knowledge of AI infrastructure and Cloud ML
- You are experienced with the AWS AI stack (SageMaker, Lambda, Bedrock, Step Functions), LangChain, vector databases, and large-scale model deployment, and bring a strong understanding of enterprise ecosystems, particularly Adobe’s technology landscape
- You approach problem-solving pragmatically, are client-centric, and minimize risk while delivering impactful solutions
- You combine a hands-on mentality with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines in an agile environment, and lead and motivate high-performing teams
