Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Google Ads (all genders)

Your role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Sunday Natural. As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be on Google Ads to elevate our brand visibility and foster growth. • Strategize, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads platforms
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Google Shopping strategy to amplify brand visibility and drive revenue growth
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and derive actionable insights to drive informed decision-making
• Conduct A/B testing initiatives and continuously optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance campaign performance
• Effectively manage advertising budgets and allocate resources to maximize return on ad spend
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the Google Ads landscape to expand the brand's reach and impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in Performance Marketing, particularly in Google Shopping ads
• Demonstrated resilience, solution-oriented mindset, and proactive attitude to drive innovation and strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively to inform marketing strategies and decisions
• Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Workspace
• Experience with Meta ads, TikTok ads, and Microsoft Ads is advantageous
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German is a plus
