(Senior) Project Manager - Food Supplement Development (all genders)

Your role

As a Project Manager in the area of Product Development you will be a driving force behind shaping entire product category of food supplements, nutrients and vitamins. In close collaboration with our founder and CPO, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the vision for our products. Embody a mini-entrepreneur within our organization, and take 360-degree ownership of your product category, being responsible for the end-to-end product development.

• End-to-end product development: taking charge from conceptualisation to final execution for the food supplement product category
• Conduct product calculations and analyses and develop recipes with a keen eye on cost efficiency, ensuring optimal use of resources
• Conduct competition and price analyses and keep a watchful eye on the latest market trends to analyse consumer needs and preferences
• Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement, review products post-launch, and work closely with Regulatory Affairs for label updates and compliance
• Collaborate with our sourcing team for raw material selection and engage with manufacturers to ensure the highest and purest quality of every single ingredients
• Liaise with the editorial department to showcase our product differentiators on our website

Your profile

• You possess 2+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management within the realm of food supplements, vitamins, or nutritional products – from concept and formulation to sale
• You have experience seeing projects through the full product life cycle and you have already managed cross-functional projects within a fast-moving d2c start-up or company
• Ideally you have a Bachelor / Master degree in food / nutritional sciences, food technology, food management, food quality, biotechnology or a similar field
• Advanced familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline as well as very good analytical skills
• You are ready to come to the office regularly, fluency in English and German skills are a bonus!
