Your Tasks

Content Creation

Create and upload digital content for our digital products such as Trivia Pearls, SweetPuzzles, and Nametests
Use AI tools to generate trivia questions and matching visuals for Trivia Pearls

Quality Management

Review content for Trivia Pearls and SweetPuzzles before publication to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
Check compliance with internal guidelines and external platform policies
Ensure tags, features, metadata, and backend entries are applied correctly and consistently

Editorial & Data Analysis

Analyze performance data for content items to identify patterns, learnings, and optimization potential
Use AI tools to support research, analysis, and insight generation
Translate findings into clear recommendations for improving editorial content

Requirements

✔ Enrolled at a German university for at least another year, ideally in media, communication, linguistics, journalism, marketing, business, or a related field

✔ Fluent in English

✔ Some experience with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, or similar tools

✔ A careful, structured, and detail-oriented way of working

✔ Interest in digital content, editorial workflows, and quality management

✔ Confidence in using AI tools for content creation, research, or analysis

✔ Analytical skills and an interest in performance data and test results

Nice to have

✔ German language skills

✔ Experience in content management, editorial work, QA, online marketing, or social media

✔ Familiarity with CMS or backend systems

✔ Experience with AI image-generation tools or prompt writing
