Tasks
As a Junior GTM Engineer, you'll lead client projects alongside our lead consultants, building signal-based outbound pipelines for B2B DACH clients with mid-high touch sales motions. You'll architect automation systems using tools like Clay, Smartlead, and Lemlist.
Important: We are not looking for someone who builds large lists for mass outbound, but primarily small, precise lists of the total addressable market for High-Touch and Dedicated-Touch motions that focus on routing signals rather than automated outreach.
- TAM Sourcing: Accurate sourcing of total addressable markets (TAM), including accounts and buyer personas based on clear requirement inputs
- Campaign Operationalization & Monitoring: Design and operationalize campaigns based on the Total Addressable Market, including signal routing and lead qualification workflows
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign health, A/B test messaging, and optimize based on performance data (e.g., open/reply rates, meeting rates, pipeline attribution)
Requirements
- Experience with Clay and outbound tools (Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead)
- Hands-on experience with list building using Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and AI Agents
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Perplexity) for content personalization and data enrichment
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of RevOps and GTM strategies
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and data hygiene practices
- Proficiency with automation platforms (Make.com, N8n, Zapier)
- Experience with API integrations and webhooks
- B2B SaaS experience
- Builder mindset with proven side projects or tool builds
- Strong German communication skills
- Experience with intent data platforms and sales intelligence tools
