To reach our goal we are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with an interest in growing into other areas of backend development to join our backend Team. At Qwello you will design and implement new modules and maintain existing modules of our ERP system. You will integrate backend services and reporting infrastructure to support our growing fleet of self-designed/built charging stations being deployed across Europe. You will also do requirements engineering with various business departments like finance, operations, sales. Reliability and craftsmanship are important to you, so you design with automatic testability, resilience, introspection & observability in mind. Security is important to you. You are an efficient engineer, good communicator, free thinker, have an inquisitive mind-set and an eye for detail. You are comfortable working in a start-up, collaborating in an interdisciplinary team, and willing to contribute with your skills, experience and enthusiasm to help us build a successful business.
