To reach our goal we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our Backend Team.  At Qwello you will architect, design and implement new backed services (typically in Python or Rust) to support our growing fleet of self-designed/built charging stations being deployed across Europe. You will also design and implement backend to backend systems connecting the Qwello systems with the services of partners of Qwello. Reliability and craftsmanship are important to you, so you design with automatic testability, resilience, introspection & observability in mind. Security is important to you. You are an efficient engineer, focused on fast execution of your craft. You are a good communicator, free thinker, have an inquisitive mind-set and an eye for detail. You enjoy sharing your knowledge with your colleagues and mentor junior team members. You are comfortable working in a startup, collaborating in an interdisciplinary team, and willing to contribute, with your skills, experience and enthusiasm to help us build a successful business.
