  • Deine Aufgaben

    • Coordinate and oversee accounting processes across all German entities
    • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
    • Consolidate and prepare financial reporting for headquarters
    • Monitor budgets and cash flows across portfolio companies, including variance analysis
    • Manage external tax advisors, auditors, and accounting service providers
    • Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements (incl. German GAAP)
    • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting structures
    • Support the integration of new entities and the ongoing development of the finance function

    Dein Profil

    • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Extensive experience in controlling, accounting, or audit, ideally in an international environment
    • Strong knowledge of German accounting standards; IFRS is a plus
    • Experience working with multi-entity or group structures
    • Confident in managing external stakeholders and collaborating with international teams
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
    • Structured, proactive, and hands-on working style
    • Fluent in German and English written and spoken
