    Position: Head of Sales

    Location: Germany / Remote

    Salary: 280,000 - 320,000 (Euro) OTE

    Job Description:

    Our client, VC backed start-up providing AI solutions to enterprise clients, is search for a Head of Sales with experience in creating/driving GTM strategies whilst operating in the DACH & EMEA markets. Your primary mission is to leverage your expertise in AI and B2B SaaS sales to lead our sales team to remarkable success. Your proven track record in navigating the challenges of scaling startups will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, fostering a high-performance sales culture, and aligning our sales strategy with our company vision.

    Sales Strategy:

    • Oversee the transformation of our sales process from founder-led to a scalable execution plan for the entire sales organisation.
    • Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy.
    • Recruit and lead top-tier talent to ensure sales targets are met consistently.
    • Foster a culture of high performance within the sales team.

    Startup Scaling:

    • Utilise your experience in scaling AI startups to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
    • Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and spearhead initiatives to expand market presence.
    • Implement rapid feedback loops from customers to the sales team for continuous improvement.
    • Personally engage with key deals in the sales pipeline, ensuring successful closures.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their specific needs and positioning the company as the premier solution in the enterprise space.
    • Work closely with product and technical teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and effective communication of our value proposition.

    Your Profile:

    • Results-oriented individual with a proven track record of driving $1-10 million ARR growth in early-stage tech companies with the enterprise customer segment.
    • Possesses a player-coach mentality, enjoying both the thrill of the hunt and fostering a collaborative management style with their team of Account Executives.
    • Capable of transforming founder-led sales into a scalable process in a competitive market.
    • Demonstrates unwavering commitment to achieving excellence and views our company's growth as their own.
    • Requires a blend of creativity, loyalty, brand ambassadorial thinking, and advanced influencing skills with clients, as well as proficiency in sales and marketing.
    • Has excelled in complex environments and successfully sold high-ticket SaaS products to enterprise clients.
    • Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders and communicate proficiently with all parties involved.
